THE CONFERENCE
The Alpha Pi Gamma Chapter of PTK, located in Reno NV., in conjunction with the Beta Theta Iota
Chapter, located in Fallon NV, is proud to host the Fall 2011 Leadership Conference. The Conference
will be held at John Ascuaga's Nugget in beautiful downtown Sparks. Registration opens at 2:00pm on
Friday. Lunches and dinners will be provided during the conference. Breakfasts will not be provided
and will be your responsibility. There are many restaurants on premises you may choose from,
including a Starbucks.

Cost: $110.00
Includes Dinner on Friday, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday
Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, or Credit Card along with Registration Form.

Ask for the Phi Theta Kappa group rate. The rates are:
$79.00 for a West Tower Deluxe room,
$89.00 for an East Tower Deluxe room,
plus 13.5% Washoe County room tax both double occupancy
Rooms can have up to 4 people, and there will be a $10.00 charge per person over the
quoted rate of 2 people.
Make your hotel reservations any time up to the conference, but if you book by September 15th,
you will be next to other PTK members.

Transportation:
Shuttle service to and from the airport is free and provided from 6AM to 10PM.
